ztcl and tclmore are used by Tkabber to compress traffic between Tkabber and XMPP server.
Konstantin Khomoutov made this MS Windows binaries using mingw32.
Requires Tcl 8.4 or newer (see ActiveTcl Home Page).
Also requires zlib library which can be obtained from gnuwin32 page.
